Staff Qualifications
Our team consists of experienced and trained teachers who are dedicated to creating a warm,
caring, and stress-free environment for children.
Seesaw Learning Academy is a Type III Center. The staff undergo continuous training in
Infant/Child/Adult CPR, Pediatric First Aid, Child Development, and other programs through the
local Child and Family Network. To remain employed, staff must obtain a CDA or Ancillary
Certificate.
To remain employed, Lead Teachers must obtain a CDA or Ancillary Certificate in Early Childhood
Education.
